About Jenna
Jenna Lavoie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional with experience supporting clients across the lifespan in community and outpatient settings. She works with children, adolescents, young women, and parents navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, family challenges, and major life transitions.
Jenna also specializes in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals experiencing pregnancy-related stress, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional transition into parenthood. Her work is especially focused on early development, attachment, and relational health.
Approach
