Emily Savard Barlas is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional who brings experience from university counseling and community mental health. She is passionate about supporting young adults, pregnant and postpartum individuals, parents and women—helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, relationship concerns, and the complexities surrounding pregnancy and postpartum.
