Antione Trent is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 12 years of experience in behavioral health. He brings a broad clinical background shaped by work in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, addiction treatment, and recovery court programs.

He works primarily with adults and older adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. His experience spans individual therapy, group counseling, and integrated behavioral health settings.

Antione also practices in psychiatric care in other clinical roles, which informs his understanding of diagnosis, medication management, and complex clinical presentations. At Cape Fear Psychological Services, he provides therapy services exclusively.
