Substance Use Disorder Assessments
Antione provides comprehensive substance use disorder assessments using the Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory (SASSI-4), a clinically validated screening tool designed to identify substance use disorders, including situations in which symptoms may be minimized or underreported.
The assessment process includes:
-
A clinical intake appointment reviewing substance use history, mental health history, and relevant biopsychosocial factors
-
Completion of the SASSI-4 assessment
-
A follow-up appointment to review results, diagnostic impressions, and treatment recommendations
-
A formal written report summarizing assessment findings and recommendations
Reports may be used for treatment planning, personal records, legal matters, employment-related requirements, recovery programs, or other requested purposes.
Assessment Fee: $200 (out-of-pocket) for the written evaluation and report, in addition to the cost of two clinical appointments. Appointment costs are determined by the client's insurance benefits and applicable copayments.
